Terms and Conditions


We’re ANNORLUNDA, a limited liability (bvba) company registered in Belgium. We will refer to ANNORLUNDA as ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’.

By placing orders at www.annorlunda.be you agree with the following Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read these terms prior to placing an order on this website. It’s important for the both of us, as they explain what we expect from each other.

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you, whether these are goods or services. They tell you how we will deliver items to you and how you or we may change or end the contract.

By purchasing from this website, you enter into a contract with us on these terms. Of course, if you have any questions about our Ts and Cs, get in touch with us through our contact form. We’d love to hear from you.

We keep these terms updated. It is your responsibility to check back on them before shopping with us, as the latest version will apply.

We can not be held responsible if the details you have provided are incorrect. If we need to contact you, we will do so on the email address or the telephone number you have provided in your order. Please make sure this information is correct.

Your Order

When you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email. Please get in touch if that is not the case. We only accept your order after the full payment has been made and we have debited the payment card. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We can not be held responsible for any faults or mistakes on that part. It can happen that a product is suddenly out of stock, that we identified an error in the price or description of the product or simply because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

Don’t worry, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll get in touch. If we can not deliver the item you ordered, you will not be charged. Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or even close an account, but we will contact you about it first.

Our Products

We’ve priced, described and photographed our items the best we can do, but it’s not impossible a product or promotion ends up wrongly priced or described. The product colors displayed can differ from the actual color of the product, as is always the case with screen displays.

If we discover an error for anything you have ordered, we will tell you straight away. You will have the option of confirming or cancelling, whatever you feel comfortable with. Of course, we will refund you in full. If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled.


  • All our prices in our shop include VAT, where applicable.
  • All the prices from our rental catalog are excluding VAT. Get in touch to get an exact quote on our rentals.
  • All our prices are in Euro.


If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please get in touch. We’ll see what we can do about that. You can reply to the email you received after placing your order or send an email to service[at]annorlunda.be. Of course, if the item is already shipped, this is out of our control.


Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you have chosen, delivery costs may be charged. These costs will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

We aim to get your items with you within two business days. If you need this order for a special occasion, please get in touch first to double check our actual delivery times. We work really hard to meet all delivery times, but sometimes there are delays outside our control. For example because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or just bad Belgian weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel right up until your doorstep.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the delivery company will leave you a note informing you on how to rearrange delivery or collect your order from a local depot. If you do not respond to this note, nor collect the products, we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If we are unable to contact you, we may end the contract.

We remain the right to send out parts of an order in case on the items is out of stock. Of course, we will always inform you on that.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days to return an item from the day it’s delivered to you for a full refund. Please, get proof of postage if you do return an item.

A return can be made through our return portal. You will need to provide the track&trace code you received in your email.

For orders returned to us through our portal we’ll charge €3.99, an amount we will deduct from your refund.

If you return an item after these 14 days, we are not obliged to give you a refund. We may instead, and at our discretion, give you a gift card for an equivalent amount.

Please make sure all items return to us in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging, hang tags and labels. If an item is returned to us in a different condition, we might not be able to give you a – full – refund.

All refunds will be made to the same payment method you used to pay for the order. Please be aware that it can take up to 14 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your payment card.


For now, we only accept your Euros. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bancontact and iDeal payments. Payment is handled by our payment provider Mollie. All payment is encrypted using a secure SSL encryption. We do not store any of your payment details.

If you have a promo code, please don’t forget to add it during the checkout process. We can’t apply it after an order has been made. It’s up to you to enter it at checkout.

Remember, rules apply for each promotion. Often, they are only meant for personal use too. That means it is for your eyes only. If we see you tampering with it in any way, we remain the right to cancel the promotion.

Liability & Disclaimer

We can not be held accountable for business losses whatsoever. We sell the products in our shop for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial or business purpose, we will have no responsibility for any loss of profit or loss of business.

These term and all our contracts fall under the Belgian law and the Belgian courts.

Intellectual Property & Content

We own all the content and data on this website. These rights are protected around the world. You are not allowed to use our logo, photographs or any other part of this website for commercial purposed, unless you have our written permission.

You may not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You will not attempt to have any unauthorized access to this website, to the server which hosts this site or to any other server, computer or database related to our website. We will report all suspicious activity to the relevant law enforcement authority and will co-operate with any new or ongoing investigation.


Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites.
